Standard Media Release
I, the above-signed, hereby grant permission to Knows Best LLC (“Producer”) to record, film, photograph, or otherwise capture my name, likeness, voice, and/or responses (“Materials”) during an interview conducted date stamped today for use in social media clips and any related promotional content.
Producer is creating social media content featuring fun, lifestyle-related questions, such as inquiries about opinions on family involvement in decision-making. The content may be distributed on platforms including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Knows Best Website, TV, Cable, Streaming and other media outlets.
Permissions Granted:
1. I authorize the Producer to use, edit, reproduce, publish, distribute, and broadcast the Materials in any media, including but not limited to social media platforms, websites, and promotional materials, worldwide, in perpetuity, without compensation or notice to me.
2. I understand that the Materials may be edited, modified, or combined with other content at the Producer’s sole discretion.
3. I waive any right to inspect or approve the final content in which the Materials are used.
4. I release the Producer, their affiliates, and assigns from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising from the use of the Materials, including but not limited to claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity.
Representations:
• I am at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to sign this agreement.
• My participation is voluntary, and I understand I will not receive financial compensation for the use of the Materials.
• I confirm that my responses during the interview are true to the best of my knowledge and do not infringe on the rights of any third party.
